Sometimes they come out just the way you like them and others seem to fall short. No matter what goes up someone will love it and another person will have issues with it. remazz, after reading some of your comments it appears you have a critical eye. Maybe we could all benefit from your vast experience. Drop the front office a sample of your work maybe you can teach by example rather than by just attempting to tear others down.
