I would have rated it great, because of Penny and the scenic qualities of the piece. However, there should have been more interrogation. Sitting on a chair, hands handcuffed behind her back, while being slapped; hoisted on her wrists,her feet barely touching the floor, and beaten with rubber hoses; and, finally, some prodding with the cattle prod or some other form of electro torture. Reminiscent of the ZFX productions South of the Border. Other than that, three cheers for Penny and the realistic idea of having the cops speak Spanish.

I think you are in the right track. Having a story line adds some more excitement to the bare act of bondage, etc. There are so many more stories you could explore: Tourists suspected of being spies by the guerrilla; a nosy reporter interrogated in some dictatorship; in trouble with the drug dealers for trying to steal or for debts; a witch interrogated by the inquisition (sort of a period piece), etc.

It feels like it has a story behind it. I. e. an interrogation by Secret Police or something of the sort. It would have been better with a rougher clothe ripping scene, not in the photos.
