May 7, 2003	125 gram schelpenpasta 1/2 eetlepel olijfolie 1 ui; gesnipperd 2 tenen knoflook; fijngehakt 1 courgette; in kleine blokjes 1 zakje santen van conimex; (30 gram) 7 deciliter groentebouillon; (2 + 5 dl) zout en peper; naar smaak Kook de pasta volgens de aanwijzingen op het pak. Afgieten en uit laten lekken. Olijfolie verhitten in een ruime koekenpan en hierin de ui met knoflook een paar minuten bakken (evt. wat zout toevoegen om aanbakken te voorkomen). Voeg de courgette toe en bak dit nog een minuut of 5 mee. Roer het zakje santen (of 30 gram geraspte santen van het blok) door 2 deciliter van de bouillon. Doe de rest van de bouillon in een pan en voeg daaraan de courgette toe. Op smaak brengen met zout en peper. Aan de kook brengen en ong. 5 minuten koken tot de courgette gaar is. Pureren met staafmixer of blender. Roer de santen erdoor, voeg de pasta toe en laat de soep nog 5 minuten zachtjes koken. Maaltijdsoep voor 2 of voorgerecht voor 4 personen.
