There has been an evolution from the first shoos -some type of "modeling bondage" made in an apartement- to the last ones that are more the "dungeon type". I think it is a positive change. Let me suggest you to try to build up some type of story related to the bondage and "treatment" given to the girls. Create and argument such as the one you used with kat and the abduction in the yatch. Why not develop a story about some organization that abducts models to sale them. Before offering them they have to be evaluated: measures, pain tolerance, orgasm timing, etc, etc., and "domesticated".Finally they are exposed to posible clients and sold.
